February 24, 2005BFGoodrich® Tires Adds 15 New Sizes to Popular Traction T/A® Tire Line; Traction T/A Tire Original Equipment on Three 2005 Vehicles Greenville, S.C. BFGoodrich® Tires is adding 15 new T-speed rated replacement sizes to its popular Traction T/A® tire line including three 14-inch, eight 15-inch and four 16-inch sizes. The new sizes will be launched in two phases with nine sizes available to dealers in this month and six sizes available in July. "These new sizes will expand the Traction T/A tire's coverage of the T-rated Touring market by five times to reach 88-percent by mid-2005," said Thom Peebles, brand director for BFGoodrich Tires. "The Traction T/A has been an incredible success story and the tire continues to prove its success both in the showroom and on the street." In addition to the 15 new T-speed rated sizes, the BFGoodrich Traction T/A tire will also be offered as original equipment on three new vehicles in 2005 including the Ford Mustang (size: 215/65R16), Chrysler Pacifica (size: P235/65R17) and Hyundai Tucson (size: P235/60R16).
