SCORE International Off-Road Racing Series

Tim and Ed Herbst drove their Trophy Truck to an overall victory at the 2nd annual 250-mile SCORE Henderson's Terrible 250-mile. The team used new BFGoodrich 39-inch Baja T/A® KR tires that the company had brought to the race to test. With the victory, the Herbst won their 10th overall Trophy-Truck title making them the winningest team in the 10-year history of the high-tech unlimited production truck class.

NDRA/NOPI Race Wars

Paul Efantis and Mark Mazurowski drove their respective Toyota Supras to new series records at Thunder Valley in Bristol, TN. Efantis set a new all time record for the import drag racing series with a fast lap of 8.52 seconds while Mazurowski ran a blistering 168.94 miles-per-hour. For the second consecutive weekend, Efantis and Mazurowski raced head-to-head in the final with Efantis winning his fifth consecutive victory. Visit NOPI online at: http://www.nopi.com.

RCAA Extreme Rock Crawling Nationals

Jo Schwiesow, running on BFGoodrich Krawler T/A tires took top honors in the Modified Stock class at the Goodyear/Skyjacker Extreme Rock Crawling Championship in Cedar City, Utah. Teams running BFG tires took five out of the top six victories in the Modified Stock and four out of the top six in the Super Modified class. Teams running BFG tires are top three in points in the Super Modified class and are top four in the Modified Stock class with one event remaining.

Championship Off-Road Racing (CORR)

The 2003 season of the CORR Lucas Oil Series hit the half-way point at the BOSS Snowplow Off Road Challenge in Bark River, Michigan. Johnny Greaves (Pro-4), Scott Taylor (Pro-2) and Jeff Kincaid (Pro-Lite) continued their unprecedented run to successfully defend their division championships. Rounds 9 and 10 of the 2003 CORR Lucas Oil Series will return to the Bark River Off-Road Raceway for the U.P. Off-Road 100 on August 9-10. For more information, visit http://www.corracing.com.
