Eastern Rock Crawling Championship (EROCC) BFGoodrich clinched the EROCC season points championship this past weekend in Jellico, TN. Ken Shupe won the Unlimited Class and 2003 series championship while Mike Cole took honors in the Legends Class. With the sweep, BFGoodrich adds to its streak of rock-crawling points championships. "We proved today that no matter the location, the Krawler T/A KX can conquer the toughest obstacles rock crawling course designers can think up," said Jeff Cummings, off-road motorsports manager for BFGoodrich Tires. California Rock Crawling & Off-Road Championship Series (Cal ROCS) BFGoodrich scored two out of three class wins in the modified and unlimited classes and took second in the stock modified class taking the series points lead with one event remaining. American Speed Association (ASA) Wisconsin veteran Kevin Cywinski took a big leap toward winning a second American Speed Association title by electing not to pit. With the decision, Cywinski won the Pennsylvania 250 on the 0.522-mile oval in Jennerstown, PA. ASA teams head to the 0.375-mile oval at Lake Erie Speedway in Erie, PA for the Erie 250 on August 24, 2003.
