URL: nopi@tamw.com. 2) You may enter without attending the NOPI Nationals by taking a photo with a digital camera in one or more of the categories listed above at any location of your choice and submitting your photo(s) at the BFGoodrich website and URL addresses listed above beginning 12:00:00 AM (EST) 09/17/05 through 11:59:59 PM (EST) 10/02/05 and completing and submitting an on-line entry/registration form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. Cellular telephone entrants must include their cellular telephone number on their website entry/registration form. All entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM (EST) on 10/02/05. You may enter as many times as you wish in each category, but each entry must be different. All entries become the property of the MNA, Inc. ("Sponsor") and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the email account used to submit the entry is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to screen all photos submitted for content prior to posting on website. Any photos containing obscene, indecent or otherwise inappropriate content, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, will not be posted and the files will be deleted and the photo will be disqualified from this Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for the following: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; (iv) personal injury or property damage sustained by any entrant or third party in the course of taking a photo for entry into this Promotion; (v) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these rules; all such entries will be disqualified; or (vi) printing errors in these Official Rules or in any advertisements or correspondence in connection with this promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all valid, non-suspect entries received as of the time/date of the action or event warranting such termination. VOTING & DRAWING: Website users may go to the BFGoodrich website http://BFG.textamerica.com beginning 12:00:00 AM (EST) 09/18/05 through 11:59:59 PM (EST) 10/18/05 and vote for their favorite photo in any one or more categories. Users will rate photos on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest score. Users may vote for as many different photos as they wish, but may vote for an individual photo only one time. If the Sponsor determines that a user has used different email addresses or other methods to circumvent this restriction and vote multiple times for an individual entry, all votes submitted by that user will be disqualified. One (1) winner in each of the four photo categories will be determined by the score that combines the total number of votes received and the average rating value. Each winner will receive the prize described below that corresponds to the category in which s/he won. If no votes are received in any category, the prize for that category will not be awarded. Winners need not be present to win. Odds of winning a Category Prize depend on the total number of eligible votes received per category, and the scores assigned to each vote. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Each potential prize winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian if a winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be notified by overnight delivery and/or regular mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 14 days of date of initial request. Any entrant whose work includes references to third parties or contains elements not owned by entrant or Sponsor (such as, but not limited to company or team trademarks) may be disqualified.
