Comments about Rugged Trail T/A:
My 2011 Frontier came stock with prior generation Rugged Trail T/A. Truck is mainly for commuting, 50/50 city/highway with only a few light offroad excursions. At 13k, I have only 5 to 7/32's left. If this were my G35 w/ 160 treadwear sticky tires, I'd understand, but this is quite poor for my truck. Offroad traction was actually good when newer, but unless I'm in 4WD I can barely steer in snow. I had a 2009 Frontier SE with Long Trail T/A - not as aggressive looking, but had a lot more tread at 18k and were A LOT better in snow. I won't be buying Rugged Trails in the future.

Comments about Rugged Trail T/A:
Rugged Trail T/A's came in on my 2005 F250 4x4 crew cab as the stock tire (LT 265/70-17). I had excellent trad wear with them, finally replacing them at 76,000 miles. I never rotated them and they never required a balance. When I replaced them, the rear tires were at 4/32" and the fronts were at 8/32". I found that to be outstanding since they were installed on such a heavy truck. They always got around good in the snow and rain. Not so good in mud, but very good off road if it was dry. I would highly recommend these tires.
