              Comments about Advantage T/A:

Upon purchasing a set of 4 BF Goodrich tires, I wasn't sure if I made the right decision since I had always purchaced another premium brand. For the price, they are excellent tires. Very quiet, smooth and sturdy. That is important to a consumer, knowing there is still value at an affordable price.

                    Comments about Advantage T/A:

We moved from WI to PA and are used to driving in lots of snow with all season tires. Never had a problem before. Research and after talking with dealer decided on the Advantage T/A. I was very clear on driving conditions. If we get 1" of snow we can not get up our driveway. Our other car with different all season tires, no problem with over 4" of snow. After asking for an adjustment from BF Goodrich I was told send your tires back and you can buy a new set with a discount. End result, I would have to send my 14 month old tires in and buy a set of winter tires that would cost me over $560! Not much of a break! With 14,200 miles on the tires the tread is at 7/32" on two tires and 8/32" on other two. New tires: 11.5/32". Tires rotated every 3,000 miles. Going down our snow covered driveway the ABS will kick in which indicates low traction. No lose of traction with other car.

So, these are my first Goodrich tires. I was shopping for Radial T/As actually, but my retailer doesn't stock those. The Advantage T/As are not as good looking as the white letter tires in 70 series, I think, but so far seem to handle very well. My MN12 platform Thunderbird feels a lot sharper with these on than any tire I've had so far, and that includes higher-priced competitors; a little twitchy even, but, maybe I just need to get used to the new handling characteristics.
