Towing beware!

By Nick

from USA

Comments about All-Terrain T/A KO2:

I purchased these tires exactly 6 weeks ago and have put around 7000 miles on them since. Size 285/65/20 on a completely stock 2015 Ford F-250 crew cab 4x4 diesel. This is my personal truck but I tow a 20' long, 10' tall enclosed bumper pull trailer everyday. I noticed a strong rubber smell when I first purchased the tires but I thought it was normal. They small isnt as strong not but I still smell it. My rear tires are BALD after 7k miles. No, I do not spin them or floor my truck period. This truck stays on my trailer and rarely sees over 1/2 throttle. I hope my tires are defective and ill update this review later as (tire retailer) has ordered me a new set for the rear. My fronts still look new but apparently these tires DO NOT LIKE WEIGHT! At very most i pull 12k pounds. My truck came factory with another set of all terrains and i got 38k pulling miles out of them. BEWARE!

Best all around tire you can buy

By Scrapman

Comments about All-Terrain T/A KO2:

All I can say is wow. These tires are far better the the previous version and I thought those where great all around tires except for deep snow or mud. But the new KO2's eat everything up and spit it out. I just finished the Great Lakes Raptor Excusoins Snoball event in the Upper peninsula of Michigan and these tires performed better then expected they where unstoppable in the deep snow, ice, or whatever was encountered it ate it up. I am very impressed with the new design it a winner.

Excellent all around tire

By Corey

Comments about All-Terrain T/A KO2:

I ordered a set of All Terrain K02 tires in 275/70R17 locally to replace my A/T K01 for this winter and I couldn't be more impressed.

The K02 has an advertised 20% better capability in snow and I could immediately feel that improvement from my old K01s in 2ft of snow.

I went up in size from my old A/T K01 set which was 31x10.5R15 and still have nearly identical mileage on the new K02s.

The new side ridges also give a big visual improvement to the look of the tire.

When I was comparing other competing A/T type tires I just couldn't get away from how much of a value the BFG A/T K02's were, while still being one of the top scoring A/T type tires.

And Im sure these will wear just as good as my K01 set which was made in 2009 is still being used on another car of mine with plenty of tread left.
