              Comments about Rugged Terrain T/A:

purchased these tires because the all terrains were not availible in 20 inchers & the environment that i live / travel in, is harsh from season to season.
These tires have gotten me thru 5 very harsh winters with out even a slip...traction is GREAT..but the road noise with these tires on my 2007 dodge ram is SO loud ...i have to crank my stereo just to drown them out..cant hear my exhaust over them..anyway,
... the tires have lasted about 50,000 miles of on/off road use & i like the traction.. but near the last 15,000 miles started to become irregular, un-balanced, and warped/ wobbly...wearing VERY quickly.. took them to 3 dealerships... to no avail they are ruined...theyll just have to be replaced... in summary, bfg rugged trails have great traction thru the lifespan , but are very noisy on highway ,and are really only about 40,000 mile tires max ..even if you do all rotations and pressures schedule your lucky to get 50,000 out of em'. but they're good while they last...unfortunately, i will not be buying a new set due to price vs. lifespan of these tires ...these tires (based on cost), should last at least 80,000 miles +

                          Comments about Rugged Terrain T/A:

I've had these tires on for 10k miles and had no issues. They don't make any noise, brake wonderfully, and improve traction. I work as a tire tech and have sold countless sets of these tires in LT and Passenger tires. Seems to be a tire everyone loves, just have to make sure you rotate and balance them like you're supposed to.
