I purchased 4 of these tires based upon the sales associate's recommendation. I do not find these tires to be quiet at all. I specifically asked for a quiet tire. These are very LOUD on my car which is a 2005 Toyota Corolla.

I bought a 2003 Camry last year with only 34,000 miles on the car. I blew out one of the original tires on a road trip and decided the 9 year old tires were not safe, even though they looked good. It was a tough choice between a mileage tire and the BF Goodrich Advantage. Glad I chose the sporty tire because these tires stick like glue in the corners. High speed cruising is excellent at 80+ MPH. The tires track straight and are extremely stable it high speed. The down side is the gas mileage dropped about 2 MPG. This may be due to the fact that I am driving a bit faster in town and feeling out the limits of the tires. Turned the Camry into a Camwheeeee!!!

                          • You need to know your vehicle's options to find out the original size of the tires for your vehicle because automobile manufacturers often use different wheel and tire sizes for different variations of a specific vehicle. If you do not know your vehicle's options, check one of these places:

1. The original sales invoice or window sticker when you bought the vehicle.
2. Your vehicle's Owner's Manual, which will sometimes identify your vehicle's options.
3. Look on the vehicle itself. Some vehicles have a decal or lettering that indicates the options located on the side or rear of the vehicle.
                          • Find the exact tire quickly using your tire size. Check your owner's manual or tire sidewall to find the required specifications.

Knowing your tire size can help save time at the tire retailer.
