Comments about Rugged Terrain T/A:
First I would like to start with the things I like about the tire. I had the dealer install these when I purchased the vehicle. I purchased a Honda Ridgeline and I was given a list to choose from and having the BFG All Terrains in the past I thought these would be great for me. They look awesome, and i have gone through some pretty good snow with them. Even a little bit of mud and they were great. I have even had 1600lbs of stone in the bed and they felt nice and sturdy. However, the noise is horrible. After the first 4000 miles I tried to rotate them, and the noise was worse. Now I am no stranger to noise, and in the past running mud terrains on some trucks I've had it wasnt a huge deal. But this Honda I was not looking for any noise. I traded in a half ton Silverado with the All terrain's and they were 10 times quieter. I have a hard time having a conversation in the cab, thats how loud they are. I will not be rotating them again due to this and will just wear them out as is. Its ashame too, because I loved how they looked and they had a claim of low noise. I guess next time I will stick with the all terrains which were silent for me.

Comments about Rugged Terrain T/A:
I have the P series on a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer. The tires perform well in rain and snow and seem to be wearing well. The big disappointment is with the road noise. Above 45 mph they produce a terribly annoying, irritating, high-pitched whine. The original Rugged Trail T/As were much quieter and performed just as well. I will not buy these again.

Comments about Rugged Terrain T/A:
Bought these tires to replace the stock Goodyear Fronteras on my wife's 2011 Honda Pilot. Although these tires feel solid and trustworthy, however, I DO NOT recommend them if their sole use will be city and highway driving; they're extremely NOISY... my wife isn't happy and that's not a good thing...
We should've bought the Rugged Trail instead...
