              My BFG LT tires were OEM and at 50K, I replaced them prior to a long road trip. Now at 102K I purchased my second set. (3 set on the truck) This is a safe tire in wet and dry conditions, and handles smoothly. It has a quiet ride and looks good also. I convinced my neighbor about these tires and he purchased a set. He could not believe how much better his truck rode. He also was impressed with the price savings. Do your homework and research the specs. You will see that BFG tires are worth the money. Since I am mainly a city driver with a long trip or two during the year, I did not get the 60K mileage. With the Florida heat, tires do not last as long and I will not drive them bald either. I stop just before the wear bar.

              At 107K, with my 3 set of tires, took a 7 day 1500 mile trip and the truck road smooth and had no issues in all the rain. Handles like a dream. I wish I could get the same tires on my car!

                    I got these tires for my 05 F150 in Arkansas 2009 at the dealer i have moved to Arizona now and its 2013 and they have 31660 miles i don't have a Warranty because i moved, the warranty is 50,000 miles. I have used BF before and had the same issue. But you get what you pay for.

                          Smooth ride is a must for my husbands ailing back. I was sorry to see the fuel milage rating is actually higher with the rugged trail but the long trail exceeds the rugged trail with higher wear milage and greater comfort with the long trail tire. This is one smooth riding tire.

                          WARNING: Serious or fatal injury may result from tire failure due to underinflation or overloading. To ensure correct air pressure and vehicle load, refer to vehicle owner's manual or tire information placard on the vehicle. Serious injury or death may result from explosion of tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting. Only tire professionals should mount tires and they should never inflate beyond 40 psi to seat the beads. Before mixing types of tires in any configuration on any vehicle, be sure to check the vehicle owner's manual for its recommendations.

                          DANGER: Never mount a 16" diameter tire on a 16.5" rim.
                          DANGER: Never mount a 17" diameter tire on a 17.5" rim.

                          Inflation pressure increase must not exceed the maximum pressure branded on the tire sidewall. When a customer requests a replacement tire with a lower speed rating than the original equipment tire, you must clearly communicate to him or her that the handling of the vehicle may be different, and that its maximum speed capability is limited to that of the lowest speed-rated tire on the vehicle. Exceeding the lawful speed limit is neither recommended nor endorsed.

                          For high-speed driving, additional inflation pressure and possibly reduced tire loading and/or upsizing is required. In the absence of specific recommendations by the vehicle manufacturer, use the following guidelines based on those in the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization Standards Manual.

                          For speeds over 160km/h (100 mph), load and inflation must be adjusted according to the table below.

                          • You need to know your vehicle's options to find out the original size of the tires for your vehicle because automobile manufacturers often use different wheel and tire sizes for different variations of a specific vehicle.If you do not know your vehicle's options, check one of these places:<br><br>1. The original sales invoice or window sticker when you bought the vehicle. <br>2. Your vehicle's Owner's Manual, which will sometimes identify your vehicle's options.<br>3. Look on the vehicle itself. Some vehicles have a decal or lettering that indicates the options located on the side or rear of the vehicle.

                          • Find the exact tire quickly using your tire size. Check your owner's manual or tire sidewall to find the required specifications.

                            Knowing your tire size can help save time at the tire retailer. It also enables you to make an informed tire purchase.<br><br>You can find your vehicle's original equipment tire size in one of the following places:<br>1. On the tire placard located on the driver's door jamb <br>2. In your owners manual<br>3. On glove compartment door<br> 4. Inside the fuel hatch or trunk lid<br><br>You can also check your existing tire's designation on the sidewall. However, there is no guarantee that these are the original tire size unless they came on the vehicle new.<br><br><div><img src="/assets/bfg/system/images/contextual-help/R2-Size.png"></div>
                          • Find a Tire DisabledFind a Tire EnabledBlank
                          • You can determine your tire type by looking at the tire's designation on the sidewall of your tire. The following describes the differences between the tire type designations:<br><br> P-Metric: A uniform designation of tire sizes in metric measurements. A typical P-Metric tire is P205/70R14 93S. <br><br>European Metric: This system was a conversion of the numeric system from inches to millimeters. The aspect ratio appears in the size designation in most cases where it is other than 82. A typical European Metric tire is 185/70R14 88S <br><br>Light Truck-Metric: This system is used for light truck tires, and it mirrors the P-Metric system used for passenger tires. A typical Light Truck-Metric tire is LT245/75R16 120R. <br><br>Light Trucl High Flotation: This type is for light truck tires with lower sidewalls and wider treads that yield better traction on surfaces such as sand and soft soil found in watery, off-road situations. A typical tire is 31X10.50R15 LT LRC
                          • This three-digit number represents the width of your tires in millimeters (mm).<div><img src="/assets/bfg/system/images/contextual-help/R2-width.png" /></div>
