This was one of the best cruises and tire shop service I’ve ever had. They helped me out when I was in a bind trying to get to the airport. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and kind. You could not have asked for a better crew. I think this is definitely more than five star work. Would highly recommend them again. Thank you for all the help you guys did when I was in a bind.

When I went, the employees informed me of all the services and repairs I needed to get done to pass a safety inspection, so I scheduled an appointment for all of it with the words, ‘Get all of what you recommended done!’ When I arrived, they didn’t have half the parts… which, they had a whole month to get before the appointment, making it take longer. Afterwards, I get another safety check a few weeks after the repairs due to availability, and they have the nerve to tell me I have more stuff on my car that needs to be fixed when I came in not even a month ago!! Lied to my face, telling me that they had told me about it first time around, and the itemized estimate was completely overpriced!!! Do not go here, especially if you’re a woman, they will try to skimp you for every dollar they can get.

While traveling on I70 Eastbound yesterday, I discovered I had a flat tire on our travel trailer. We were near the end of our 3rd day of travel from Tetons in Wyoming back to Middle, TN. I looked on maps and saw 2 nearby locations for Plaza Tire Service. First one I called advised that I would not have enough room to turn around at their location. They recommended the Smiley Drive location in Columbia. I called this location @ 5:00 PM and a pleasantly young lady said they would gladly take care of me. When I arrived, I was greeted by several very friendly people at the front desk. The team sprang into action removing the damaged tire, replacing with spare under the trailer and putting new tire on other wheel for spare. This all took less than 15 minutes. The price was more than reasonable and the overall service was professional and efficient. I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service. Chris and his entire team are outstanding!

Hit a large pothole on I-70 at about the 131 mile marker at Columbia MO. at 7:45 AM on 11/17/25. Towed to plaza tire on Smiley Lane. These people that work there are AWESOME, They had to replace two tires that blew out on passenger side, then do an alignment. They checked under vehicle to make sure we were OK to go to get back home, which is about 170 miles away. So for the morning starting off not to good. With the help of Plaza Tire on Smiley Lane and I-70 Towing, the day did get better.
