Customer service was superb!! I was in desperate need of a new tire that blew and I needed it like 5 hours ago. I had brought a friend to the doctor and they were taking her to the ER when my tire decided to not cooperate. Am unnamed company had a long wait so they directed me to these guys. Got me in within 15 minutes and then out in 20. I was back on to check on my friend. Thank you guys for helping me out. I really appreciate it!!

Quality work, however took twice the estimated time and was never offered to set up an appointment.
Editing this review as I have now used this store a second time, work took the time estimated and employees were all very polite. They still don’t seem to have the concept of appointments down, but they do good work for a fair price and I like supporting a family owned chain instead of some national franchise.

Excellent customer service both at the front desk and in the garage. James did a wonderful job and was friendly and engaging. These guys stay busy so yes you do need to make an appointment. Too many people just walk in and think they can get immediate service it just doesn't work that way. I did appreciate that they were eager to set up an appointment for me though as I have gone elsewhere where I didn't even feel I was wanted as a customer. I have been a customer with plaza tire for years. Back in the days of Sam and Tom on Broadway. I have moved locations as it is more convenient to where I live. This location has a large waiting area with TV, water and bathrooms so it makes your wait more comfortable. Great manager and shop guys.

I had a tire emergency on a Friday afternoon before memorial day weekend, I stopped in thanking I would probably not be able to get two new tires before the holiday. However, it was the best experience ever they were fast, courteous, and extremely professional! I highly recommend! I j

Normally I love the service I get with plaza tire, but this time was different. I made an appointment for 9 am to get 2 new tires and an alignment check, they said it would be done around noon. At 4:30pm they were just finishing the tires. So I feel like they forgot about us, and we ended up leaving without the alignment check.
