They were so nice and personable! They worked me in today and the service was absolutely perfect. They were shorthanded but provided excellent service. Thank you, Plaza Tire. Dagen was so very helpful!

Let me start off by saying all the staff except the store manager are the most amazing and nicest people you could find. The new store manager is super unprofessional and rude. Ive been a customer for 14 years at this specific tire plaza and have never ever had any issues with getting any service from them. The new store manager denied putting the brand new tires i brought in to be put onto my rims because they werent bought from them and were bought online. For the last 14 years ive done that same thing buy online because they are cheaper and take them into tire plaza to have them mounted ect.. never had an issue in 14 years until this new store manager. I left there red faced and upset went straight to Miller tire and they took care of me no hassle at all. Tire plaza will no longer receive my business.
This wouldve been a 1 star but again the rest of the staff are amazing except the store manager so they deserve a few stars.
Everyone around town has been correct on what theyve been saying about the new manager. Im not the only one to experience this from him in town since he was hired.

I was getting an oil change, and ask for them to top off my other fluids and the man said it would be a $4.00 charge and I said perfect let’s do it. When my vehicle was done another man checked us out and I asked him about the other fluids and he told me that the don’t top off the other fluids. I said that I was charged for that. He did end up taking it off. Plaza tire you need to train your employees.

I started in Fulton and they didn't have my size tire but Jimmy got on the phone and called the other shops and found one in Mexico so I went to Mexico they got me right in, got me a new tire for a great price because I still had good tread and low mileage on the tire that had a screw in the side wall. Thank you so much.😃

All of the guys working at plaza tire in Mexico, Mo were very polite and helpful. I had them put on a new tire. They put the spare tire back in the trunk for me. Really nice people.
