Brought car in to get a front end alignment only and guy did a four wheel alignment….ok then had him do a brake bleed guy does a brake flush and bleed…ok then they reset steering sensor….ok then charges me for shop supplies but doesn’t explain what all the supplies is by cost. Then he tells me prices went up. There is no menu of prices for work being done in Anna, Il. Got charged $365.00 guys done a great job got me in quick. Their work was awesome but! Prices are to much.

Plaza Tire Anna Illinois. These men were awesome. They worked me in quickly and I got on my way. Attention to detail, I noticed. They used a torque wrench for the final lug nut tightening and the tech washed his hands before getting in and backing truck out. Nice touch because I have had to clean the door handle and steering wheel of tire grime at some other shops. Great service. recommend them.

Oil change has went up to $95 and change, you better asked ahead of time, I was told it went up twice since, July, went in anna,il plaza tire, I called a day ahead made appointment was told, no just tell me what you need OK whatever I told him, oil change and make sure you check my transmission fluid, he says if you have a dipstick I can, I said yes there a dipstick, when I was finished, the got the price, and realized it has went up $28 since my last oil change that's a major jump, and if you get a certain type of oil you just might be paying more than that, I said did you check my transmission fluid he says no , I said I thought you were going to check well can you go ahead and check it, he told me my car has 300 and some thousand miles on it anyway there is no need to, I said that's the second time that has happened here with my transmission oil, basically you say you going to check it and don't, and then gave me a holiday greeting on my way out the door really, don't lie to your customer and say you are going to do something and don't do it, that's bad business.

Fast service. Had a front tire with a slow leak. Jason found a small leak where the tire seals to the rim, fixed it and had me back out the door in under 20 minutes. Best part; bill was only $21!

I took my 99 Jeep Wrangler TJ in for an oil change and tire rotation. The manager was very informative and helpful. Good job guys. had a 10 o’clock appointment and got me in and out in a good amount of time.
