I called last minute for a safety inspection and they told me to come on in and they would take care of me. They fit me right in when I arrived. My car didn’t pass so they were nice and told me to bring it back after I drove it more miles due to catalytic converters not registering due to battery being disconnected over last month while body work was being done. Everyone at Plaza was very nice.

Although they weren’t able to complete the job on my modified car, rob and josh tried their best to get it right, I truly appreciate them trying to do the best they could do with the little workspace they had. While waiting in the office the staff was amazing, took great care of me and even offered a charger for my phone. This should be the standard of service/care across the board.

I sure hope you don’t need it at a certain time. I always drop my vehicle off the night before for a rotation and oil change. Give them plenty of time as I get off work at 3pm.They NEVEr get it done on the time I put. Oil all over the vehicle and rundown the side of the motor. I will never return.Terrible mechanics

I am never disappointed when I go to Plaza. They are polite, and very very fast. They always do a good job AND advise me of things that need correction without pressure to do it that day. There may be places that are less expensive but it doesn't matter...I'll always choose Plaza Tire Service!

I came for an alignment and they were able to get it done properly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The people seemed honest but I’m giving 3 stars because I had it scheduled I had my alignment scheduled for 3:00 and my car didn’t make it into the shop until around 5:00. Once the car was in, everything was good.
