Great experience. Waiting room was jam packed and they still had my vehicle done within 2 hours. This was last minute also which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. Highly recommend

No longer will you guys have my business. Spent $140 on an oil change and you can’t even top off the fluids in my car, and I even had an indicator on my dash that I was out of washer fluid! This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Lady came out and topped off washer fluid when I came back in to ask if they are supposed to top everything off. I said to her how am I supposed to know that everything else was actually done?! She said it was and I guess I’m just supposed to trust that, when you can’t even do something as washer fluid and I have a freaking indicator on my dash! You guys are so convenient to where I work, super bummed about this. You will absolutely no longer get my business

Great service. I used plaza tire service twice so far. Very friendly, timely and reasonable pricing. The best thing for me is they take walk-ins for damaged tires. Other places only take appointments as if you can plan your flat tire. Strongly recommended

I scheduled an alignment appointment at Plaza Tire over a week in advance. When I arrived, the front desk informed me that they couldn’t guarantee my car would be finished today. I was willing to wait, but the fact that there was a chance it wouldn’t be done—despite having an appointment—was incredibly frustrating. I understand that unexpected issues can come up, but it would have been respectful to notify me ahead of time. A quick phone call would have saved me the trip. This lack of communication shows a disregard for customers’ time. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here either—last visit, I waited over 4 hours for service. I don’t recommend this location. If you can, try a different branch or service provider.

I was visiting st Louis from Illinois for my shopping with my wife my front wipers go bad I stop couple places to get it fix but no one cary for my car so they told me you can get it from plaza tires I call them they said they got it but they close at 6 so I hardly make it there little before closing the nice lady on front was very helpful and professional got my info in 5 minutes and call Mr LEMON 🍋 from back he was very professional too just took couple minutes to install my wipers and we were on our way to home great job by plaza tires amazing quick and professional friendly service very thankful to them they fix it before rain I recommend them for quick and professional service.
