Had a pretty bad experience here last week.
Advisor Michael Galloway & Cliff Wheat technician.
They first off let me leave after being finished and my car was making a horrible scraping noise, had to come back and have them fix it. Some plate they forgot to “bend back.” Then later today while my normal mechanic was inspecting the car, he noticed they replaced the tie rod with the wrong size non OEM part. It’s too small and my boot won’t secure to it. The guys at plaza just said I had a rod and pinion problem, but looks like they created the problem. They also missed a broken sway Bar, broke clean in half. Never mentioned.
Also never got sent a diagram showing how the tires were aligned.
They want me to come back and show them the tie rod but it’s so inconvenient we already wasted a day there and countless hours, we can’t take anymore. Nothing to do stuck waiting in Benton. Just really disappointed they didn’t do professional work. Non of the employees acted like they wanted to be there.

New assistant manager (Brian i believe) was awesome. My daughter had brake issues and they were so helpful keeping her safe and getting her back on the road quickly for a great price! #1 in CS and quality, no doubt!

Called about a new set of tires for my truck, I was told they had the set of tires in stock. I was told they would work me in without an appointment. Upon arrival Service Associate remembered me from the phone call and got me checked in. Was there about 3 minutes and they pulled my truck in to a service bay and got started. Mechanic came to me after removing Wheels and informed me that my Brake Pads on the front were severely worn and showed me the pads and the Rotor’s needed resurfacing in the back brake pads were 3/4 worn And the rotors had hotspots need replacing, So I approved the service to be done. It’s good to see quality work being done and not brushed aside. Five stars for quality work

Called Monday morning to see if they could look at my car that was barely starting- bring it on in. Needed a new starter - Awesome and we have a sale on flushes buy 2 get 1 free- sure im sure my car could use that. Now my lil Chevy tracker runs sooo much better than before !!! Sweet and thank you !!

I had an emergency because my battery was dead. I called ahead to make sure they could replace it. They assured me if I could get there, they had the right battery. I was stressed but they were very helpful, efficient and polite. I've just recently started going to Plaza but I won't go anywhere else now.
