I had an excellent experience at Plaza Tire Service in Columbia, Missouri. The team was incredibly helpful and took the time to walk me through my options for a wheel alignment. They also rotated my tires and made sure everything was handled efficiently and correctly. I really appreciated that they were able to get me in right away and focused entirely on what I needed. The level of service and professionalism was outstanding. I’ll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service to friends and anyone looking for quality, trustworthy car care.

These people helped me with a last problem. They advised, supported my worry's with respect and courtesy. They could have taken advantage of the situation, but NO ! THEY COMPLETELY FIXED THE ISSUES WITHOUT TAKEN A MONEY ADVANTAGE. The manager over saw the whole process, with can and respect!

I had a flat that needed to be replaced and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I previously bought my tires at a different Plaza location, so the replacement was deeply discounted due to the warranty (about half price). I was in and out pretty quick given that the shop seemed to have a busy appointment schedule and I was just a walk in.

I opted for the synthetic oil change, and the price was fair given the quality of service. The wait time was super reasonable—just about 45 minutes. I was able to grab a coffee in their comfortable waiting area while they worked on my car. The technicians were efficient, and I felt confident that they were thorough in their work. Not only did they change the oil, but they also did a quick tire inspection, checked my fluids, and topped off my windshield washer fluid, all without me asking. What really stood out was the level of communication. They kept me updated throughout the process, and once they were done, they gave me a detailed report on the condition of my car, including any potential issues to keep an eye on. They even showed me a coupon for a discount on my next visit, which I thought was a nice touch. Overall, Plaza Tire delivered top-notch service with great attention to detail. I got a flat tire. They were able to get me in and back on the road after making a last minute appointment on a Saturday. Amazing customer service and open communication. Corie was a delight to work with. I will be going back and highly recommend.
