I know that being a female shouldn’t matter on what type of customer service I get. But it does I recently moved to Columbia and apparently registering an auto requires a certificate for the DMV. I went to another place and he wanted to rob me for service. Example- I moved from California and this mechanic told me that I needed a new fuel line. And I am thinking why would I need a new fuel line when my car is from California. No Rust in California! And luckily I was informed about the Plaza Tire on Broadway. Not knowing what to expect from these guys, I was blown away by their customer service and honesty with me. While I was waiting for my van, I noticed how Jake was treating all of the customers. I was surprised when the bill arrived, Value, quality of service and under what I have paid for in the past. Jake also gave my dog a bowl of water. I will definitely use this store for all of my mechanical issues. Great work and great prices Thanks

If you purchase a set of 4 tires from them, then tire rotations are complementary for as long as these tires last. Having purchased tires, brought them in to be rotated. They also had a great coupon for oil change. Most importantly, did not try to upsell any other things. Car (odyssey with over 100k miles) seems to be running distinctly smoother after the change

I dropped my car to get a set of tires and state inspection. First, I realized the tires were put dated the first week of 2024, so they were produced 2 years ago. When asked about it, the response was very rude by just saying they are brand new tires. I said, I know they are brand new but produced 2 years ago and I want to know where and in what conditions they were stored for 2 years. The gentleman gave me the same answer saying they are brand new tires. And I repeated my question again, and he finally in a very rude way talked about their warehouse in Cape Girardo, MO. Additionally, they failed my car from the state inspection because of a cracked (not torn) control arm bushings and a link bar supposedly have an excessive move. I watched the video they sent me and it shows only a 2 mm move, which is a very normal movement. They gave me a quote to fix those things for $2700. They quoted me over $270 for an aftermarket control arm (not even being able to tell me what the brand is) and told me I would pay 3 times more than this for this part at the dealer. This part is sold at the Toyota dealership for $170. When I told him this fact, he responded in a very rude way telling he still needs to pay the bills and to his employees. Moreover, he quoted me for 11 hours labor for that work, which is outrageous because this work max takes 3-5 hours of labor. I am not sure what they were thinking but I work on cars, I restore classic Mercedeses, and I feel like they assumed I don't know anything about cars and was going to agree with the quote, just to pass the inspection. So, I ended up with 2 years old brand new tires and a very unprofessional experience. They were really polite and explained all the details about the tire that I got until they sold them and their attitude changed drastically after.

I live three hours out of town and had been losing air pressure in one of my tires the entire way here. I showed up without an appointment as I basically had all day to wait while my son was getting several medical procedures done. The staff was very friendly, informative and fast. They were done with me in all of three hours. I’m pleased to add a five star review. Thank you so much Plaza tire service!

I arrived in Columbia to visit my daughter from St. Louis with a flat tire. I was to bring her to the airport after my visit. I was her ride. I felt so bad that I couldn’t help her! I called Plaza Tires and they fit me into their busy Saturday schedule and within 3 hours had my tire fixed and ready to go for only $27.00. They were kind and professional also to every young campus girl that walked into that place which I appreciated seeing as a 58 year old mom.
