The manager personally found the tires we needed. Found all the discounts. I was so pleased with the price of 4 tires. This young man is EXCEPTIONAL. He's very oersonnable. I recently found out he has 5 children age 17 and down to 5. His wife is disabled, bedfast.

Very helpful n very nice to us. The price for my tire repair was only 27 dollars plus tax which I believe is a great price. They quoted me 220 for 2 new tires for my front end of my truck which I also believe was a great deal. So hopefully I will be back in there in 2 weeks to get two new tires.

Just had a blowout on the highway and it actually bent my rim. Been dealing with a tire leak. All I came to Plaza Tire for was an oil change on my diesel Jetta. Called ahead and Steve assured me they would have the right filter.
It was right off the exit. When I told him about hearing my tire hiss as I refilled it with air at the last truckstop, he knew they had to take a shot re-beading a seal around the leak. Steve and his crew had me in and out in an hour even though they were busy.
Got back on the road and immediately noticed a difference. Steve even advised me not to overinflate the leaky tire: turns out it only creates more pressure which, in turn, speeds up air loss. This shop is a treasure and I wish they were local to me in Traverse City, MI.

The guy here in the garage ( idk his name maybe Jeff) but he also worked the front desk, he was SOOOO nice and helpful!! He went out of his way, above and beyond to help us! If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Thank you all so much !!

We had an emergency, needed a starter the day after Thanksgiving, and before the weekend. Jeff was swamped and still was able to work us in in a short period of time. We appreciate the fantastic customer service and their ability to fix our car quickly. Plaza Tire Dexter is where we go.
