I had a great experience at Festus Plaza Tire. I came in needing four tires for my truck and they were able to take me as a walk-in. They gave me an honest estimate on the wait time and stuck to it. They initially thought they had all four tires in stock, but when one turned out to be missing, they didn’t make excuses—they sent someone to another location to get the fourth tire so they could still complete the job on time. Their honesty, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Highly recommend!

Came to plaza tire for a possible plug on one of my tires, unfortunately the tire was not able to be saved. Luckily they had a tire in my size which can be hard to come by considering my size tires aren’t always in stock in other shops.
Had it in stock and they put it on rather quickly.

The service technicians were exceptionally knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely honest throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured into approving unnecessary work, and they never attempted to upsell or “finagle” me into spending more than what was truly needed to get my vehicle safely back on the road. They took the time to explain things clearly, answered my questions with patience, and made sure I understood my options so I could make an informed decision.
Just as importantly, everyone in the shop was welcoming and professional. From the very first phone call—before my vehicle was even towed in—I felt like I was in capable hands. Their communication was reassuring, their attitude was friendly, and the overall experience left me feeling confident that my car was being taken care of properly. I have never been to a Plaza Tire location before my recent visit to the Festus location. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. They worked fast. I was expecting an all day event but they were done within a short time. My new tires are nice. Everything was done with high quality work. I will definitely go back when I need more work done on my car. Thanks for the great job Plaza Tire.

Have been going to Plaza for many many years and will continue to do so. Really like the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. And the prices are reasonable. They have kept my 13 year old car running great. Never have any problems.
