On the interstate traveling through Arkansas on Saturday afternoon and our hub and CV joint failed. We called this store and they assured us that they could get us taken care of and two and a half hours start to finish they had us back on the road. We could not be more grateful for the service we received. Highly recommend! Job well done!

I've been a customer here for many years and have always been pleased until now. I brought in my son's car for a brake issue. The master cylinder was replaced as well as all the rotors and the brakes. A week later, we were still having the same issue. We took it back and they kept if for the day and called to let us know that it had been fixed at no charge. However, we continued to have the same issue. We took it back and they said that nothing was wrong and that the ABS pump could be the problem and we should take it to a larger shop that does those repairs. The other shop said that all the rotors are warped and the brakes had been put on backwards. The man that owns the shop said they had a few customers come to them that had also had brakes put on backwards at Plaza. We requested a refund, but we're told they couldn't do that and we needed to bring it back a 4th time. We opted to just pay for someone else to fix their mistake. We will NEVER return to this shop for any reason.

What a lovely experience! The associate at the check in was very friendly and took his time with me. This stood out to me because he was swamped and still not rushy. The wait was as expected with 4 others ahead of me, but not too bad came in little before 11 and out around 130. Prices are better than gateway.

I arrived at opening as a walk-in for full tires and brake service. Everyone was nice, atmosphere very welcoming, and the service is great. Service was completed in a timely manner. The price was way better than what my dealership tried to charge me. I highly recommend Plaza Tire.

They told me my tie rod ends where bad thats why they didn't do my alignment wasted my time and resources and lied to me, because it was 4pm and did not want to do it
