I hit a road hazards on Sunday coming home from Thanksgiving, and had damage to my two passenger side tires. I went to Plaza right when they opened on Monday and told them I needed a set of 4 tires and needed to get on the road as soon as possible due to bad weather in my home area that was predicted for Monday afternoon. They got the tires replaced, the wheels aligned, and did the inspection to make sure nothing else had been damaged, and I was out of there by 10 am. Excellent service.

Best way to handle this place is to drop it off and forget about it. Had an appointment for 9:00, my car didn't go back until 9:30. While I was there every single customer the spoke to had 2-5 things "recommended" to fix or replace. Over an hour to change oil and replace a tire sensor. They didn't even replace the sensor in that time. Then tried to get me to pay over $650 for other crap. If they had their way, my car would be in here a week and my bank account would be empty. Shameful. I will not be returning.

Jimbo and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with! They were all very kind and, despite being busy, took the time to show and explain things to me so i could understand. They focused on safety issues rather than trying to penny grab at the small things, and as a younger woman who doesn’t know much about cars, that was very much appreciated. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

Excellent and speedy service. I dropped off car early and it was finished before my scheduled appointment time. I was offered additional services but was not pushed on those I turned down for now.

I was traveling back to Atlanta and I got a flat on I 24S. I stayed at a hotel in Paducah, Ky. I went to Plaza Tire @ 8:00am and they took care of me right away. It was great they had the tire in stock and put it on and withing one hour I was on my way! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. The price was for the new tire installation was better than I expected. Kudos to the guys that work at Plaza Tire in Paducah, Ky!
