We had a tire quickly losing air while traveling. Fortunately, the nearest exit brought us to Plaza Tire. They got us in quickly and were able to replace the tire right away. The waiting area is comfortable with free coffee and water and has vending machines for snacks and soft drinks. They made what could have been a bad travel day a lot less stressful.
Coffee No Sugar - in the last week
Just did an inspection on a truck that had high mileage. The reason was for me to assist someone with the work they where told that they had to have immediately. While looking at the unit i found zero issues with what was stated for replacement. A $1300 replacement. I looked up the parts and further realize they are charging double for what is market value. I made a call to this location to see what the mix up is. There isn't a mix up, they stated that they do not need to look at the unit, that the mileage alone is sufficient information. They also didn't realize these parts had previously been replaced due to the lack of wear or tear to be found and the functionality to be on perfect performance. If you have any silly information given about your vehicle I would strongly recommend taking somewhere that inspection are taking place. 2nd opinions are the best quality control you can have. Any good mechanic would say that in confidence. The manger will assume you will blindly pay for ridiculous repairs just because they said so. Be cautions people, ask questions and reserve your used parts for inspection and take them with you. You did a very bad job Tire Plaza and the name is carrying your bad habits. Do better, people deserve better.

After the tire came in, I received a call. When I got there I explained that I had to get to a funeral home by a certain time. They put my tire on so fast I couldn’t believe it! They had me on my way early. Great service & very good experience! Thanks

They always are on the ball! I just bought a new car and needed a new front tire, got a damn good price on two to match in front, new rear brakes for a hell of a good price too. They let me know immediately about my rear brakes needing replaced before I ended up grinding my rotors while I'm out of town, saved me a big head ache and Alot of money! I always am pleased with my experience at plaza and thankful you are around here. The store on lone oak has top-notch employees and I really appreciate them looking after me. Always very polite, courteous, helpful, it's just always a good experience. I appreciate y'all! Thanks!

After a good 1st time experience, I visited the shop again for an oil change for my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman . Next day, car ended up in the shop due to a damaged exhaust hose and parts. Mechanics acknowledged during the oil change that it was hard to get to my oil filter. Ive heard this from other mechanics before, especially those that are in rural areas or outside of bigger cities. Even here in Paducah, a few shops turned me down because I have a Mini. Since this was my second time, didn’t give too much thought or get concerned since this was my second time at the shop. Probably good to go here if you have a domestic vehicle. If not, you may end up with an unexpected $800 to $1500 bill post service. While things happen, it hits on a different level during the holidays and especially since I’ve been to the shop before.
