Went in on a Saturday to get new tires after I had my brakes replaced so I personally took all lug nuts off with my impact no problem didn’t damage anything so hour or so later go to get new tires that’s when problem started they damaged my lug studs it’s an all one piece lug nut and stud destroyed the nut part mind you I had no issues earlier so ended up buying all new lug studs then they were supposed to to re calibrate TPMs sensors that I had put in mabey a month before if that the never did that my car sets off a warning on the dash when tire goes below 33 psi looked and tie pressure has been at 30 no indicator saying low pressure this is the worst tire shop I’ve ever been too as an honest review from a real person don’t go to plaza tire in perryville Missouri shittiest work I’ve ever seen and I also noticed damage to my rims from installing new tires I will be calling Monday and will be complaining even possibly calling a lawyer and suing for damage to my vehicle and fraudulently charging me for something they should of done with the TPMs sensors and didn’t but I got charged seems to me they will find any little way to rip you off and damage a vehicle in the process

We had a minor tire blowout while traveling. Lots of places were closed cause of black Friday, but they were able to get us in, replace our tires, and get us back on the road again.
They were so polite and detail oriented. When we left, I accidentally left my coat, and they called to let us know. Very thankful for them!

Eric was amazing, my car broke down and no one would help because they didn't have room in the books. Eric and the guys take it upon themselves to do everything they could do to get us up and running. Forever grateful 🙏 Restored my faith in humanity!

I was in a time sensitive situation and I had to get my car towed to the nearest place and it happened to be Plaza tire in Perryville. They told me it would probably take four days to fix my car and they ended up only taking two days to fix my car and they did their job perfectly. Not to mention their customer service is extremely professional and kind.

I was passing through on my way to Nashville - my car would not accelerate. With panic, on my way to a funeral, I pulled in a half hour before closing. They ordered the parts I needed, and stayed an hour and a half (nearly) after they closed, to replace my spark plugs, and coil, after 2 other places could not diagnose the issue. They are the most kind, generous, and funny staff, making me feel more comfortable. They had no reason to help me after closing. And they got me on my way, another 4 hours to Nashville. I cannot thank them enough for treating me and my situation with respect, and transparency. My car is as good as new. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs.
