Nothing more challenging than having a tire issue away from home. This past Saturday as we were heading to Tennessee to pick up our new Catahoula Pup our motorhome had a valve stem issue. As we were in the middle of no where we seen that Plaza Tire had a location in Popular Bluff and would be opening at 730 in the morning. So we went and as we arrived at 710 the crew was already actively moving around the inventory and clearing the bays for the days work to come, as the people arrived with their tire needs I was the 1st in line. It was like a Christmas movie of happiness as Sedrick the front counter man opened the door cheerfully welcoming everyone in to start solving everyone's needs, he happily asked how he could help and immediately asked me to pull our Sprinter Motorhome over to the side of the building and that one of his tire pro's would be over there to get us fixed up... As we parked and opened our motorhome door Scott arrived and assured us he would have us going in no time. Come to find out it was the rubber seal on the valve stem which is a custom thing on these Duals on the Sprinter, he then called Napa to order the parts and the ones they had didn't work out, Scott then said he was going to see what he can do and within minutes was rolling our tire out completely fixed and got it buttoned up and we were ready to roll. The value was unbelievable being on the road and in the middle of our trip I was thinking the repair would be a lot more but they smiled and also gave us a Veterans discount... As a business owner I know how important the team is to the success of our business and this is why I am writing this to let corporate know they over delivered to this customer and we will be using Plaza Tire in Springfield for some of our corporate needs in Springfield if this is the Five Star type of treatment they deliver! These guys go above and beyond to make this an awesome experience. I called to get a tire patched, they got me in the same afternoon. I was early but they took my grandson's ride right back to do the repair. As I was waiting I could hear the conversations they were having with customers. So respectful and extremely friendly. Would make a great work inviroment I'm sure. You don't see that much these days. They made each and every customer feel special. I was hoping to be able to leave a comment. I would definitely highly recommend them and will be getting my new tires there when I'm due. I told the young guy Keegan who took care of me as I paid that I admired how they all were working together and the way they treat people. Means alot. Thanks Plaza Tire crew. Also just got the vehicle report they sent me. They checked 44 items while they were repairing a tire issue. Wow!!

Good deal on tires. Had brakes and strut work done as well. Good overall inspection of vehicle and good prices. Their guy at the register is one of the best customer service people I have ever had anywhere at any store.

This was far and above the best Plaza Tire service I’ve ever had! Customer service excellent! Staff friendly and knowledgeable! Vehicle completed in a timely manner! I will never use the Plaza Tire service in Sikeston again!! Sedrick is very polite!!

Cedric and Joey have service figured out! Both were engaged with the customers and were able to answer all my questions about my vehicle. The team there had my tires mounted in less than an hour! Nicely done!
