Everyone here is so nice and understanding. I really appreciate the time and care they put into my vehicle. I’ve always had good interactions with them, even when they’re giving me bad news. Ste. Genevieve has a great team at plaza tire. Would recommend to everyone.

More than slightly ticked off. Scheduled an appointment for Tuesday to get my vehicle fixed. They called that morning to say that their technician wasn't there that day. They told me it would likely be Wednesday. When I called Wednesday morning I was told the technician was out with "medical problems" which did very little to help me since I had to cancel a specialist appointment because they didn't fix my vehicle when scheduled. Then, when I called Wednesday evening at 4:30 I was advised that they were "pulling it into the bay right now and would be done Thursday". I get a ride to the store and pass plaza to see my vehicle sitting in the exact same spot it was dropped off in on Monday! Now, I have to cancel ANOTHER doctor's appointment this week because of their lack of technicians. I wouldn't be as mad except I absolutely despise being misled. Do not allow people to schedule appointments if you have no intentions of doing the job. Sadly for them, they lost the nearly $800 for the repair plus the $600 I had planned to spend on new tires. Good job. Will not EVER go there again! But on a brighter note I found a shop that will do the job for $100 less and won't find unnecessary repairs to boost their profits.

I had an appointment and didn't get seen until 30 mins later.. once they got it started it was pretty quick..4/5 stars..

Went to pick up my truck after getting 4 new tires put on and not only did they crossthread a bolt but they broke a hubcap bolt off in my rim and just left it while not even telling me that it happened. I understand that the shop is more than one person and their day may have been extremely busy but this is completely ridiculous. Any other shop would have, at the bare minimum, communicated the occurred damage and fixed/replaced the problem. Edit: Just double checked everything and not only did they take my custom stem caps but they only put 3 of 4 of them back on my tires... Not as much of an issue but I went over my paperwork after getting home and not only did the technician get my trucks information wrong twice but also signed me up for and charged me for a protection plan I did not agree to. They did not communicate with me about anything needing replaced, such as my shocks and bushings being bad nor notified me about a power steering leak. I've never had an issue with the Plaza Tire in Perryville but after this experience I will never take my vehicle to this specific Plaza Tire again.
