You should be ashamed of your practices. You changed the oil in an senior citizens car. You used the wrong oil, and then proceed to tell her she needs a new motor for $7000 when the check engine light came on. Good job trying to take advantage of an older woman who doesn't know better. The car was taken to a very honest mechanic and had the oil tested, all she needed was the oil pressure sensor. Maybe a $40 part that you should have paid for plus labor. Absolutely ludicrous you would have the balls to do this to an older lady. You will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I found a used tire for my log splitter for a reasonable price. They mounted and were polite even the the wheel was in rough shape. Dave was very helpful.

This place is a joke compared to one up in the city. Just hade 4 tires replaced and an alignment done at edwordville. It took 1-1/2 hours for all that. I call spartas and the need a minimum of an 1-1/2 just to do the alignment when I watched them do it in edwardsville it took 30 min. Nope if it takes Sparta that much more time isn’t because there making sure it’s done right. I sought there ability because of these difrences. Also Edwardsville always tells me come right in we’ll get you never had to make an appointment days or weeks out.

Took them 3 and 1/2 hours to mount four tires and do an alignment and the alignment is awful. Unfortunately it seems that every single plaza tire location has no clue how to do alignments.

I recently visited Plaza Tire Service and had an outstanding experience. The staff was incredibly friendly. I am from Trenton IL and was out in Sparta for work. I noticed my car battery was low and honestly I was scared I wasn’t going to make it back home. I pulled over to Plaza and they had my battery in stock and replaced it for me! I have a 2012 Dodge Durango so my battery is under the passenger seat. It is difficult for me to get the old one out on my own.
They worked quickly and efficiently, getting me back on the road in no time. The price was very reasonable! I highly recommend Plaza Tire Service to anyone in need of tire or vehicle maintenance. They truly go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction!
They really did save the day today and I made it back to Trenton safely. Thanks guys!
