I purchased some tires here several years ago and didn’t have the best experience. They took all day to get my tires mounted even though I had an appointment and the alignment had to be redone several times to get it done properly.
It had been a while so I decided to give the team at Plaza a second chance and got some new tires for my truck. EXCELLENT service! They had me in and out in just over an hour without an appointment and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Knowledgeable staff. Quick and efficient service - it took less than the estimated time to change my tires. Store was clean and they have a little coffee corner and free bottled water. They have a third party financing option that is pretty easy to apply for and has a decent approval rate.
Edited to add - also, the store is under new management. Alex is very knowledgeable and friendly. Awesome experience.

My wife got a simple patch on her car less than 2 weeks ago and it failed and leaked and went flat on her way to work one morning. Now the whole tire and rim are ruined. And you guys are claiming she hit pot hole and she caused the he damage. The tire and rim were in good condition prior to you guys patching it. And I’ve had multiple tires patched and have never had one fail. So a professional mechanic would have installed a professional patch that would have lasted and not failed in less than 2 weeks. And that puts my wife and son in danger when poor work is done. We are just looking to get replaced what was damaged by your poor work.

From my first phone call answered by Jakob to me picking up my car after buying four new tires was a good experience. Jakob was extremely helpful looking at my past purchase and helping me with this one. Checking out was smooth and the man at the desk was very personable. And overall great experience. I felt comfortable and confident dealing with them. Highly recommend

Always professional, friendly, and work is done in a timely manner. Their service manager has come to our rescue by getting us in and fixing a tire when it was completely flat and our family was scattered at different medical locations. Jakob doesn't hesitate to give efficient service. Only good experiences with all. Highly recommend!
