Great job! I think it was Dave that fit me in to install 4 tires and align my KiaK5. Honored the offer from Jimmy which shows great customer service. It took a couple of hours but I walked across the street to the bowling alley.
I had time to bowl but did admin work while waiting. All in all a fab experience and my car runs so much better with new tires and an alignment. Thanks to their team! Highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent experience every time! They went above and beyond to take care of my tire (free of charge) when the local QT air pump was broken and released air from my tire. So when I had a tire emergency which resulted in the need for new tires, I knew exactly where I was going to go - Plaza Tire. Once again, stellar service and customer care. I appreciate their thoroughness and flexibility. Definitely would recommend!

Called to get new tires mounted on the truck. Quoted a price range and estimated wait time. When I came in, I was given a more accurate total. The time took about expected. The three staff members I saw in the lobby were very professional and courteous to myself and the other customers that came in. When my truck was ready, checkout and paperwork was fast yet thorough & no surprises. Highly recommend!

I had made an appointment one week ago. Seems I messed up. I arrived at my appointment time. Dave could not find my appointment so he said he would work me in. It took longer than an appointment but I had planned my day to get things done so I waited! I got everything I needed done. The gentlemen that work there are very knowledgeable, kind and did a great job. The plaza tire on Mexico is the only place I will go! Awesome! Thank you Dave and the guys! Appreciate you all!

Edit: I spoke with Dave who is professional, understands customer service and the benefit of a long term relationship to drive sales, profits and customer satisfaction.
