Review Summary
The tires provide excellent off-road traction on mud, rocks, and challenging terrain. They also handle well on the road, with some users noting they are quieter than other mud-terrain tires. However, there are concerns about uneven treadwear, with some needing replacement after 20,000 miles. The tires are also described as being on the pricier side.

All 4 shot at 7052 miles!
Bought the 255/85 16" for my Ford Explorer Sport 2dr. All 4 tires were totalled at 7052 miles .. they couldn't be balanced and all tires had a pronounced 'hump' on the balancing machine.
Sonny1597, we're sorry to hear this. We don't have a case to indicate we have discussed this issue with you or your retailer to initiate a warranty claim. We recommend that the tires be inspected by your local retailer. Have them contact us while you are there.

been running bfg km's since the km1
i love bfg . before i ran the muds. i ran the ko's. iv'e got km2's on my yj. ran km2's on my tj. they wore out. got km3's . they seem smaller. wear faster, and most 0f all don't come with white wall on the 33x12.5x15. at least that's what discount tire told me. i did little muddy creek , and the tires WOULD NOT clean themselves like older designs. the guys i was running with had ko's , and their tires did better then mine. however.... at 10 psi on rocks . they " rock" !
drunkfker, we're sorry to read of your disappointment. Some sizes of the KM3's have white lettering, while other sizes are only produced in blackwalls. A member of our team will be in touch to further discuss your concerns.

Worst tires ever!
This is the 2nd new jeep I’ve owned that came factory with BF Goodrich tires and I couldn’t be more disappointed. My first was a 2019 jeep compass and tires were wore out at 30,000 miles. My newest jeep, a 2022 jeep wrangler came with these tires and at 35,000 miles they’ve become extremely noisy and the tread won’t survive another winter. I use to think Goodyear tires were the worst but Goodrich is pulling a close second. Will never buy them again.

Horrible performance
Bought 5 of these tires for my husband and they are worn out in 6 months! Ridiculous waste of money.

Not Happy!
I bought my truck February 21st 2022. I have 500 miles on it. It's never been off-road and it has a cut or crack on right rear. The dealership won't do anything about it!

North Carolina to Montana and back
I've always had BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires and have always been very pleased but I decided to give the new KM3 a try. I couldn't be any more pleased! These are by far the quietest and best riding mud tires I've ever had heard or rode with. Once in Montana I drove my truck through many different conditions ranging from sticky mud, slick mud, Ice and snow. I honestly put myself in a few predicaments that I shouldn't have and every time these tires made up for my questionable decisions. BFGoodrich has set the bar pretty high with this new tire and I probably owe them dinner for getting my truck back home.
Thanks for the great feedback Jason! We appreciate it!

Not on pavement!
38k miles. Horrible, teeth rattling, bone jarring pavement ride. Trail? Sure, I don't know. Interstate? Not no, but HECK NO!

Blown sidewall
Weak sidewalls, bought because I hoped they were tougher than stock bighorns but after 2 months and normal recreational driving already have two sidewalls with punctures.
Rzrturbo21, we'e sorry to read that you have had two tires to have punctures. A member of our team will be in touch via email.

Quality????
Before these km3s, I had 33” km2. I drove them about 30,000 miles and they were still in normal condition. I drive my rig everywhere, snow, rocks, mountains, swamps and sand. On my old km2 , there was uniform tread wear everywhere . But the time came and I decided to switch to 35“ wheels. I've been choosing which wheels to put on for a long time. I really liked the km2, but they are no longer being released and I decided to try the new km3. I assumed that this is the same as km2, but even better. As a result, I bought a kit and installed new tires after I made the bodilift. I drove on new tires for about 3-4 months. Everything is fine on the highway, they are not very noisy. It also seemed to me that the new tires are already old km2, although both have a width of 12.50. Now I live in California and apart from stones and sand, I haven't tried anything. These tires drive normally on the rocks. But as soon as you get stuck in the sand and even after a slight slip of the wheels, the rubber begins to crumble. A very large wear of rubber begins and right before your eyes you can see that the tread is getting smaller. Also, the tread begins to fall off. I don't understand what kind of rubber quality it is. I used to do the same with km2 and this did not happen. I don't have a very powerful truck and the smoke from the wheels is not coming at this moment. I was just trying to drive through the sand uphill. But the way these tires are falling apart stops me. And I do not know how long these tires will last me. Maybe another 3-4 expeditions?!? That's terrible. I will have to buy another set of tires soon, but it will be a different brand.
Zakhar, we are sorry to read of this situation. The first step is for us to obtain an inspection of the tires from an authorized BFGoodrich retailer. A member of our team will be in touch to work with you and your dealer on initiating a warranty claim.

No tread life
Installed these tires on my Ram 2500, they have no tread left. Less then 8000 miles on them. Rotated them twice. They look nice when new, but wear out fast, not worth the purchase price.
We understand the Mud Terrain T/A KM3 tires on your Ram 2500 did not meet your expectation in terms of mileage. A member of our Consumer Care team will be in contact with you. You may also reach our office at 1-866-866-6605.
