Review Summary
The tires provide good performance, handling, and traction, especially on dry and wet roads. Customers praise the stability, comfort, and low noise levels. However, a recurring issue is the tendency of the white lettering to turn brown over time, even with light use, which many find unacceptable. Some report faster-than-expected wear, durability concerns, and poor value. Overall, the tires offer a good driving experience, but the browning lettering is a significant drawback.

I've had these tires on my Chevelle for over 8 years. Though I only drive the car 500+- miles a season, wear seems great. Ride comfort is an easy A+, as is handling. The tires performed great when the car was equipped with a 425hp small block. Last year, I upgraded to a 625hp big block stroker motor, and though the tires still perform quite well, the increased power & torque combination are going to require an upgrade to a more aggressive pro-street type of tire. However, I would STRONGLY recommend this tire for high performance vehicles. Great look, handling, wear & a truly comfortable ride.

Overall this is a good tire if you want a budget long lasting tire that you can count on. I think the sidewalls are less stiff than i would want on a performance street car but still good tire.

It was only several years after this model was released that I owned them. The classic raised white letter tire will allways be the sharpest look on an auto tire. I recall putting between 50-60k miles on mine and, the wear wasn't bad for that much mileage but, the sidewalls were starting to split.

Decent tire for the money. Not the best performance tire, but a good compromise between price, wear, comfort, performance and looks.

I love these tires, the ride is great without vibrations even with 30 year old rims. My only dilsike is the availability of sizes, it seems to be harder and harder to track down wider sizes such as 295/50R15.
