Don't like the Brown Letters
I bought a set of 4 and put them on my 1970 Cutlass Supreme Convertable at NTB, 6035 FM 1488 Rd, Magnolia Texas Jan 6 2020, took it home and took the blue off (when did dealers stop doing this?) put the car in the shop for a monyh and when I got it out the letters on the left front had turned partially brown. After discussing on line with the Oldsmobile Cutlass group I found this was a common problem and nothing you do can make them white again. Some reported they got their brown tires replaced, no such luck for me. I personally tried several different cleaners, even ordered some on line, none worked. I went back to NTB and the manager there told me they would have to special order a new one and would call me when it got in. Fast forward till now, never heard from them, letters are still brown and I'm very disappointed. I have to date recommended several Olds Cutlass members to buy Cooper RWL tires instead of the BF Goodrich because they turn brown, When I show my car I will have a poster by the tire with brown letters explaining the situation and the fact that NTB in Magnolia, Texas and BF Goodrich won't stand behind their product.
Value for the money
I bought 4 new tires for my 1971 Corvette almost a year ago to pass state annual inspection. I have just read the browning challenges and I empathize with anyone’s discontent. I have had consumer let down on other products but I have had no issues with my BF Goodrich RWL purchase. I wish all well during these challenging times.

Mustang coupe
I order there tires and rims as a package from CJ Pony in 2015 that have about 1000. Miles on them. The raised white letters have turned brown. Does the warranty cover this known defect?

Check tire size to see if it matches correct hight
I bought these tires a few years age while working on my 1969 camaro SS. Now I have it together and driving it, I could not get the speed-o-meter to reed the same as my gps. We kept checking gear ratios but they kept adding up to the correct Speedo gear. So finally we checked tire size, the Goodrich 235/60r15’s are not 26.1 inches tall, they are only a little over 25 inches mounted and with 32 pounds of air on the original Chevy 7.5 rims.
Yellow letters on white letter tires.
The BFG White Letter tires are yellow letter tires! I have contacted them and they have no answers to make them white! I have a white strip down the side of the car that clashes with yellow letter tire. I am switching to Firestone.

Brown Letters
I bought a set of Radial T/As for my show car. The White letters do not stay White! After cleaning them as directed by my tire supplier, They still turned Brown! B F Goodrich is not been very good about taking care of this! I have spent Alot of money for these tires and I am very Disappointed by the customer service I am receiving from BF Goodrich! They know it's a problem and they are very slow to do anything!
Brown letters and they don’t clean from day one!
I want my money back or new tires! This seems to be a big issue, not cool for a show car! I have bought way to many tires from BFG and Now? Distributer/retailer would not take them back!

Tire Letters turned brown
I've owned a dozen sets of Radial TA's. The last two sets I bought, the letters turned brown and nothing I used to clean them would bring them back white again. I finally resorted to taking my grinder with 160 grit paper and sanding the top layer off. It worked. Back to white

Just bought 4 BFG ta for my 78 Corvette. What a disappointment ..three of the tires have brown lettering... gonna buy Cooper cobra next time. Have them on my 94 stepside Chevy and they look great... Sorry BFG. And they're half the price.
