Great tire, road noise is awful
Bought these tires about a year ago and have put just about 5000 miles on them. They have great traction on dirt, gravel, wet and icy roads. Another bonus is they increased by average MPG in my truck compared to the stock all terrain tires that came on my truck. The only downside to these tires are the road noise. They started out fairly quiet, but it has gone downhill from there. I have rotated them twice and tried multiple different inflation pressures but they just seem to get louder and louder with every mile I drive to the point they are now louder than my KO2s on my jeep. The only break from the road noise is when you turn. I love the tire but the road noise alone is making me consider switching them out sooner rather than later.
Morty25, we're sorry to read of the noise complaint. We will be in touch to get more information and work with you and the dealer to find a fix.

Quiet and get good gas mileage.
Not good in wet weather. My truck fish tails on turns which never happened before with Goodyears. I’m 63 so I’m not driving like an idiot. Winter is coming so I hope their good in snow. Fine on dry surface.
Ko214, sorry to read of your wet weather complaint with the Trail Terrain T/A. We'd recommend to have the tires inspected by an authorized BFGoodrich retailer (preferably the selling dealer). Have the dealer contact us while you are there with their findings.

Great tires
60,000 plus miles and still great tire. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. 197,138 miles third set of tires original Goodyear were ok Continental were good but the BF Goodrich the best of the three with higher mileage. I will purchase another set within 10,000 miles

Not that great
Hi All Tires are on a 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4. I've always had the original BFG Rugged Trail T/A's that came on the Tacoma originally and would get about 67k - 70k miles with them. I was happy with them - quiet on the road and served me well. I was up for tire replacement again and this time I couldn't buy the Rugged Trails anymore as they have been discontinued. The tire shop said these Trail-Terrains are the replacement. For some reason at about 60mph and higher they make vibration on the floor of the truck and through the seat - below 55mph is ok - 65mph vibration is still there and 70mph isn't as noticeable but still there. Have taken the truck back in to have the tires rebalanced - same problem still exists and is enough that I really don't want to endure this for the next 67k-70k miles, so I'm going to have them replaced. Tires have currently about 805 miles on them. It's like most things today....why keep something that works - lets change it and make something new. Really? If you can't make it better then don't change it. They look nice, I'll give them that and work ok below 55mph - over 55mph they aren't so great.
John68, sorry to read of the vibration issue. We'd suggest that you take the vehicle to your selling retailer (if possible) for an inspection of the tires. Please ask them to call us while you are there so that we can discuss their findings.

Very unsafe
Only 40K in and very consistent with maintenance and rotation. These tires are awful on wet surface. Considering replacing well before I should have to.
RangerGuy, sorry you are experiencing a wet traction issue. A member of our team will be in touch with you to help with a solution.

27000 miles had to replace them
Not happy
DM, thanks for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry to read that your tires were worn out in 27,000 miles. Fortunately, the Trail Terrain has a 60,000 mile limited warranty. The selling retailer should be able to initiate a warranty claim on your behalf.

Looks great on 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Z71!
I switched out the OEM tires for these on my brand new 2024 Colorado Z71. What a huge improvement in both looks and performance. I would highly recommend these tires for anyone in the market for a slightly more aggressive tire than stock but still has good road manners.

All in 1 - tread, ride and quiet
Bought these two weeks ago and really pleased with them. They have a great tread for wet and snowy conditions but also provide a very comfortable and quiet ride. Might be the best tires I have ever put on my 2000 Yukon (210k miles)

Overall would recommend
I started out with this 1966 Ford F-250 RWD having junkyard tires that were miss matched and had low Tred, I switched to these tires and I have no regrets. have love these tires from almost day one after finding out I needed to raise the tire pressure. Have performed great on and off road including snow and ice with no issues, the only downside I have found is they have a tendency to grab lots of smaller rocks. They also stay balanced extremely well!
