Great road feel
Hard to describe, but you can just feel that the ride is smooth and good traction.
Unstable on bridge grates
I just bought these from Sam's Club to weeks ago. For the positive they ride smooth and they are reasonably quite. For the negatives, they are extremely unstable on bridge grates almost dangerous. I have also noticed some odd tracking problems at higher speeds on the interstate. I also noticed my gas mileage drop almost 4 miles per gallon.

Also, regarding fuel economy, new tires having full tread depth will have more grip and rolling resistance in comparison to worn tires. As the new tires wear, the rolling resistance decreases. Over the life of the tires, all things being equal, the fuel efficiency should improve.

I HAVE A SMOOTHER RIDE WITH THESE TIRES
GREAT TIRES
YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE IN WET/DRY WEATHER. THE MINUTE I DROVE THEM ON THE ROAD YOU COULD FEEL IT MORE GRIPPY. THEY'RE PRETTY QUIET AS WELL. HAPPY WITH PURCHASE.

First set was purchased April 13 and I complained about the road noise. Within warranty, second set was put on. After driving a few weeks the road noise is the same on the second set. Tires are advertised has smooth, quiet ride. Mine are noisy and I hear the road noise constantly. Not at all satisfied.

Great value for the $$$
I just purchased these today and on my ride home I was like really!! these tires ride better than the Michelin Tires that came with the car. Great Job BFGoodrich, glad someone is looking out for the average consumer!!!
LOUD!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed in the $1300 I spent to have these tires and I can barely hear myself think! Now if I want new tires, I’ll have to pay even more for installation again. Do not believe what they say about them being quiet. I am a healthcare worker on travel assignment and getting ready to head to another state and now have to deal w this. So upset !

Avoid BF Goodrich tires!!
I was recommended advantage control tires by BF Goodrich for my commuter car because of the higher mileage warranty. They told me this was the best option at Sam's club. To be very honest I have driven many miles on my 3 cars, I have never experienced crappy, extremely poor quality tires like these. They wore down completely with only 28000 miles the seams split open and thankfully they didn't blow out on the highway. They have been balanced, rotated, aligned and still crap. Sam's club would not help me with warranty at all. They did tell me to submit a review and that they reimburse some of the cost. Absolutely disappointing in Sam's club and these junk tires. I will never buy tires from BF Goodrich or Sam's club.
