Review Summary
The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing excellent traction and durability. While they can be noisier and less comfortable on the road compared to all-terrain tires, the trade-off is worth it for those prioritizing off-road capability. The tires also perform well in wet weather. Overall, they are widely regarded as a capable and reliable option for off-road use that can also handle daily driving needs.

reddog4585, we're sorry to read that your original tires are cupping. We'd recommend an inspection of the tires from an authorized retailer. Then give us a call at 866-866-6605 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri so that we can determine next steps.

Terrible choice by Jeep
Came on my Jeep JT Texas Trail. I have 13,000 miles and cannot wait until they wear out. Road noise is horrible, driver front sounds as if part of the tread is worn more than the rest. Does not handle well cornering on wet pavement. Probably a good tire for off road, but not daily drive. I will perform a 5 wheel rotation this weekend to get the front left into the spare position.

Sad Disappointed
Spent about $1500 just for two of my tire to wear out almost completely while the other two to still have half the thread at 20,000 miles on my 4wd SUV
arturo24chavez, sorry you are disappointed. Our records indicate you have chatted with our Consumer Care team. As directed, we need an inspection of the tires from an authorized BFGoodrich retailer. Please ask the dealer to contact us with their findings while you are there at the store.

Please bring back the km2
I run 33x10.5x15 on my side by side, the KM3’s are too heavy. I love these tires and can’t get them anymore. Please bring them back
Thanks for taking the time to submit a review Minimonster. I will forward your comments to our Marketing department.

37" Hummin'
Second set I have had. First set dry-rotted with 50% tread left, and BFG discounted me replacements. The tread lasts, but seem to be getting noisier as they wear. 50 MPH+ and you cannot hear yourself think. These are on an old diesel pickup, and they're louder than the engine/exhaust. Almost make the truck undriveable on the highway due to the noise.
OBS_Powerstroke, thanks for the feedback. We want to get to the bottom of the noise issue. Our team will be in touch via email.

wobble and do not balance
Will not balance after 3 times. Even road forced. BFG will not stand by the tire and stated the tires are manufacture size. I went two sizes bigger for looks. At 55mph my new 2012 truck vibrates like crazy. Terrible tire and customer service is null.

Awesome off road but after 30,000 miles tires
Awesome off-road tires and look great....After about 30,000 miles the tires cup and are very loud which is when most people replace them. I still love BF Goodrich but with me driving on the road most of the time (only go off road 3-4 times a year) the wear life of tires is not for me. I am going to try some AT KO2's...I read some people get around 60,000 miles as long as you rotate and check pressure.

2021 Jeep Willy's - Tire Vibration
These tires came on my special order Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Willy's. Vibrated so bad at highway speed that the dealership replaced what they thought was a bad drive shaft. I've been round and round with Chrysler before they have finally agreed to replace them with KO2's. Dealership tells me it's a Chrysler Customer Service claim as BF Goodrich will only replace them with the same model rather than offering a credit towards the cheaper KO2. If you're looking for a tire you can drive on the highway, this is not it.
Still Shaking, I can just imagine the frustration! A member of our Consumer Care Team will reach out to you via email, or you can contact us at 866-866-6605 for assistance.

Longevity
These tires were manufactured in january of 2001 and 12 years later the tread is perfectly fine. Belt separation is the only reason i have to replace these but they were great the whole time. Took these through 3 feet of snow, off-loading, climbing curbs, and used them as a daily driver. Great pavement grip while getting the job done in bad conditions. These tires kept me worry free and were beastly.

Awesome tires
Love these tires 315/75R16 F Mud Terrain KM2! My truck is a 1989 Ford F250 4x4 daily driver and these tires look and perform flawlessly on and off road ! Currently have about 60,000 kms on them and they are getting to the replacement point ( 3rd set ) !! Very disappointed that the KM2 is no longer available ! The raised white letters are a very attractive look and they make my truck stand out in the crowd ! I have never had a complaint with road noise , traction or comfort ! I dont run them in the winter and they get rotated every spring ! Please bring these back !
