Review Summary
The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing excellent traction and durability. While they can be noisier and less comfortable on the road compared to all-terrain tires, the trade-off is worth it for those prioritizing off-road capability. The tires also perform well in wet weather. Overall, they are widely regarded as a capable and reliable option for off-road use that can also handle daily driving needs.

They were the best tire made. I have ran many sets of tires and these were by far the best. They rode great, performed in every condition excellent, and most of all outlasted every set of tires I have ever ran by more than double. Mud, all terrain, and street none have held up like these or lasted. 67,000 miles on one set on a one ton weighing 15,000 pounds consistently hauling a 20,000 pound dozer and another set with 72,000 miles. Km3 are not bad but in the end are not as good as the km2. Let’s bring them back BFG

Not good for Jeep Gladiator after 20k miles
These BFG T/A KM2 Mud Tire came stock on my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Texas Trail edition. I've been on 3 of the 4 Jeep Badge Trails in Texas, several trips in Hill County and the Panhandle of Texas. Plus a road Trip to Boulder, Co and some surrounding areas. I currently have 20,000 miles on them from new. They have been rotated at every oil change from the dealership, with no issues, until now. The front 2 tires are out of balance and somehow "lumpy" and no longer safe to drive more than 1,000 more miles, much less a road trip. I thought the rim was out of balance, or the beginning of the death wobble. Thankfully I went to a professional off-Road garage, and the shop guy said, nope, its a bad tire and should not have been installed on your jeep from the start. I asked if the BFG T/A KM3 would be a better tire, and he just shook his head, no. VERY Disappointing! I like the looks and the off-road function of the tire, but just does not work on a daily driver/weekend off-road warrior stock jeep gladiator. So, $2k later I'm switching my BFG mud tires with less than 21k miles, to a Hybrid Toyo R/T Trail tire.
