Review Summary
The tires excel in off-road conditions like mud, rocks, snow, and ice, providing excellent traction and durability. While they can be noisier and less comfortable on the road compared to all-terrain tires, the trade-off is worth it for those prioritizing off-road capability. The tires also perform well in wet weather. Overall, they are widely regarded as a capable and reliable option for off-road use that can also handle daily driving needs.

The new KM2 does not achieve the mileage the old MT provided and the cost in my opinion is to high to be a good value.

New to the KM2 but super happy with them
Though I've only had these tires for the past month or so, very happy with them. On road they are a little more noisy then an AT but can't expect them to be quiet. Took them wheeling a week after I had them installed. They performed amazingly. On the loose sand and dirt up an incline they dug with minimal slipping. And on the rocks, absolutely awesome. I've had BFG AT before and were very happy with them. If these tires last me a few years or more I'll be purchasing another set of these come time.

no other tire compares
these are by far the best tires going. Have purchased others tires and have always come back to these tires. Have had the same set on my truck for going on six years and will get another winter on them. Bottom line is " there is no other"

Among the, if not THE, most expensive tire in it's class, the KM2s are much louder than I thought they'd be. I was running some Treadwright recap tires before these (Goodyear MT/R carcasses, with a Dunlop Mud Rover-looking tread that had completely equal-sized lugs), and belive it or not, the Treadwright's where both quieter and had a more consistent sound than the KM2s! Immediately upon installation, the KM2s sound like they have been worn unevenly for many miles. Also, I am surprised at the weight of the KM2s. One aspect I DO like is the look and the overall off-roadability of the tire. However, for day-to-day use on and off road, it's an inferior tire for the price.

Well manufactured tires.
Well manufactured tires. They are very durable and have excellent traction. They also wear very well for an aggressive mud-terrain tire.

KM2 Rock! they are an aggressive tire, that is quite on the highway. It is hard to find tires that can take some serious abuse and look brand new! Thanks for such a great product! Once you go KM2 you will never go back!

FIRST SET, I GOT OVER 50K MILES WITH REGULAR ROTATING, NO PROBLEM. THE SECOND SET DIDN'T GET ROTATED REGULARLY & HAS DEVELOPED AN UNBALANCEABLE VIBRATION AT FREEWAY SPEEDS. CAN'T DO A REGULAR ROTATION NOW, TOO MUCH VIBRATION, THEY CAN ONLY BE ROTATED/SWITCHED SIDE TO SIDE. BUT OVERALL LIKE THE LOOK, DURABILITY, & TRACTION

I have found the MT KM2 to be an excellent choice for Off Road and On Road condition. The tire is aggessive enough for offroading with its deep lugs/grooves but also very streetable (low rolling noise) when driving to the trail head. I would highly recommed this tire for anyone with a multipurpose vechicle for it's capable performace and it's rugged appearance.
